Hello, my name is Alec. I have been devoted to health and fitness for most of my life. I began my fitness journey one summer before entering high school over a decade ago. My cousin hired me to do landscaping. It was a summer filled with physical work, mainly rolling out sod and shoveling dirt in the sun. After a long day outside, he would bring me along with him into a YMCA gym and taught me how to train properly. The summer went by and by the end of summer I realized there was a noticeable overall improvement of my physical condition. After noticing the result of the work I was hooked. I would drive out to the city almost every day to exercise there. I was observing and learning from what others were doing, trying out different supplements, and learning how to push myself. I began to notice the link between exercise, general mood, and overall well being. I realized how your physical condition carries over into every aspect of your life. I gradually began to delve into the science behind wellness, how to craft your routine to optimize your health and performance, and found enjoyment in testing out new methods of health improvement. This interest in leveraging health led me to performative health. I began signing up for Spartan Races and eventually I started to travel the world to compete in them. I took up kickboxing and jujitsu to further apply and test the performative health I was experimenting with. I became very interested in the advanced health and wellness movement occurring online today. Through this interest I learned of modern technologies that you could integrate into your wellness regimen that had pages and pages of health benefits and scientific legitimacy. I discovered what I wanted to do, I wanted to spread awareness of these new technologies and educate as many people as possible about them. I wanted to put these in the hands of people who never knew they existed and are currently unaware of how drastically these technologies could improve their health. I have been lucky enough to collaborate with some remarkable people who provide these technologies and they have given me the privilege to work with them to supply high quality wellness products to enhance the health of my local community and beyond.
